There is nothing like seeing your best friend's child (Cindy and I have literally been friends since we were babies). Nor is there anything like having the opportunity to photograph them and see them truly laughing their heads off at their daddy. I captured these pictures of my friend Cindy's son, who was laughing so hard he was bouncing! Daddy was standing behind me with a stuffed dolphin that squeaks, saying "I'm gonna eat the camera! Mmmm...mmmm...mmm!" Thanks for your help Mike, as I'm not sure we could've caught this moment in time without you!
This mom is a friend of mine that I met through a group of extraordinary women. We have a ton in common: photography, food, children, love of family and faith. She is wonderful, an inspiration. I was happy to be able to capture these moments for her family....
These two boys are my nephews that came all the way to Florida to have me take their pictures... okay, maybe not just for that. Ha. I had a really tough time picking out which photos to show on this blog... Harrison (the older boy) was giving me such an attitude at the beginning that it made for pretty funny expressions. I love these boys. LOVE these boys.
These kids were hysterical. They kept me on my toes with tickling each other and pinching each other behind backs. I especially like the individual photos of the kids and the couple shot. The young girl is a "drama queen" so they say, and I think she gives that attitude in the pictures quite well. :)
Wow, these people are troopers. It was 95 degrees outside when we were shooting this! Needless to say, we were shooting as fast as possible. The inside shots were welcomed, since the AC was on full blast in the room. Such a nice family, everyone was so sweet! I hope you all enjoyed the party, and congrats to the graduate!
This was a huge project... 16 people! We shot for an hour and a half... and had laughs the whole time. They were hysterical! The best part of this whole day was watching the interactions of the family members. All of the closeness of the couples, individual families, and family as a whole was really something. Thanks everyone for being such good troopers!
You have to see these two. These sisters are 12 years apart, but look at the amazing connection they have! What a beautiful gift these two have... friendship in a sister!
I was published in the March issue of Orlando Home and Leisure magazine! They used one of my backyard shots of a multi-million dollar home in one of their articles. How fun!
